This patch adds a -t option to fsdiff that, when specified, ignores timestamp changes in files.

Looks like this didn't make it into 1.14.0-RC1 -- Any chance of getting it rolled in?

I've been using this patch for some time with no issues - it's especially useful for systems that are upgraded from source where every file is touched, but only a few actually had their contents changed.

This has patch has been bouncing around for awhile now. It would be great to roll it into fsdiff.
