Hi all, So, this may be a daft request but I though I'd seek some opinions. Background: I keep all my command files and transcripts in subversion, which works very well for the most part. To upload a loadset to the server I use lcreate as normal and have a launchd WatchPaths job on the (OS X) server which watches the $radmind_base/tmp directory. When a new loadset is uploaded, it lcksums it, derives it's final location from the name, moves it there and checks it into the subversion repository. The only problem with this is when lcreate fails for some reason. At the moment my script waits for the whole transcript to be uploaded, works out the name of the last file and waits for that before starting to checksum. If the last file never appears, the script waits forever. So I'm wondering if there is any way for my script to find out if the lcreate has failed: looking at the verbose output of lapply is a little confusing but there seems to be a QUIT OK which doesn't happen in the event of a broken connection. Would it be possible to have the server log (un)successful lcreates to syslog?
