#62 RTE - split forks

If the transcript has been uploaded to a radmind server, and RTE is running on the server or the server has been mounted on a machine with afp or smb, then "Split Forks" would find the file specified by the selected line(s) and remove the resource forks and then change the transcript file type, size, and checksum to reflect the change.
