#61 RTE - "Open in Finder"

If the transcript has been uploaded to a radmind server, and RTE is running on the server or the server has been mounted on a machine with afp or smb, then "Open In Finder" would open a Finder dir of the selected file/dir.

A related option is to open a file with the default app for that file type or just plain open it in the default text editor.
