When a user connects to the server, even if you turn off your wi-fi on the device, the server reports that user is always connected and not sends him in timeout.

I have also setting "Nas" on port 3799 and setting my coovaAP on firewall.
The function "Kick off User" not function. Why ?

3 minutes after the kick, the user is still logged and navigha freely on the internet.
The Server did not kick the user.
