I would like create a button to user register himself, in the hotspot.
I will use RadiusDESK to share Free Internet access on public locals.

Yes I'll also add the same code for CoovaChilli as well. (Including Mobile login pages)

The one part that will need modification in your requirements is that we'll have to send the person an SMS with their credential instead of auto-populating the username and password.

So once the basics are in place I can tackle your specifics :-)
