First issue which I see others had is I can't Edit or Delete a Realm?? This looks to be related to a New Access Provider / Admin and even though I created the Realm under this new Admin, it does not show up in the Realm tab of the Access Provider/Admin..
The above may be relevant in that I have added a new NAS device with static IP address and allowed the ports 1812 and 1813 thru the CentOS firewall, but when I try to login I get nothing, and there is no logs or activity hits on the radiusdesk web portal.
I'm a bit novice at all of this so any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Update - had a coworker who is Linux fluent help look into my installation. We found 3 misconfigurations that Mfawa's Installer had done, and now Radiusdesk is working!! (At least I can now create NAS devices and perform Radius remote login authentication User checks). I now have a Radiusdesk output issue which I'll create a new thread on.
