Not able to open daloradius in web browser.

freeradius is running on port 1812.
apache2 is running on port 80.

I have configure the daloradius as per link below:

When I type http://localhost/daloradius in firefox web browser then error is as below:

Not Found
The requested URL /daloradius was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.25 (Debian) Server at localhost Port 80

When I type http://localhost:1812/daloradius in firefox web browser then error is as below:

Unable to connect
Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at localhost:1812.

Need help please.
