to install RADIUSdesk on Ubuntu 20.04
Everything went smoothly. No any errors or problem during the installation. However the menu MESHdesk and APdesk does not show up in the RADIUSdesk menu
Am I missing any things?
The git version (running on Ubuntu 20.04) does not include MESHdesk and APdesk
Most people simply want an OpenSource, free and easy to use FreeRADIUS front-end which is what we intend to offer with the git version.
The latest incarnations of MESHdesk and APdesk are not released to the public at this stage.
The older versions however is still available in the SVN code.
I will probably (if my time permits this week) also upload a VM with the git version that includes CoovaChilli, so one can then have a ready to use captive portal system in less than 10minutes.
Kind regards

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Does this mean MESHdesk and APdesk no longer "OpenSource" or only is it not ready for release?
I am one of the "few" people "only want an OpenSource MESHdesk" :-)
Thanks for your effort Dirk

Are there any functional changes in MESHdesk and APdesk planned or in development?
Or is the "older version from SVN" the latest functionality?
I would like to use it for small environments with no public access.
A admin/management-Interface for a "private area IoT mesh-WLAN" .
Would you recommend it ... or is it a no go?
