Simultaneous-use not working. already tried any suggestion from this forum.

Hello, i just installed radiusdesk. now i want to create 1 account for 1 device only. i have browse through internet and found the solution using simultaneous-used. but i cant get it to work. so here's the list i have tried.
1. replace checkrad in /usr/share/nginx/html/cake2/rd_cake/Setup/Radius/checkrad
2. add the file checkrad in /usr/local/sbin/ (before there is no checkrad file).
3. tried both == and := in the simultaneous-used attribute.
4. checked the file in /usr/local/etc/raddb/sites-enabled/default
5. checked the file in /raddb/mods-config/sql/main/mysql/queries.conf

but still not working. am i missing something?

I saw posts about simulataneous-use. That why i decided to post a pdf exported from radiusdesk.com (http://www.radiusdesk.com/docuwiki/user_guide/simultaneous_limit?s[]=simultaneous&s[]=use).

hello Freddy, i use Radiusdesk VM everything work fine but when i want to do update by SVN UPDATE under "/usr/share/nginx/html/rd" the host ask me a password !? can you help me plz.

Hello Yanis,
I advice you to read the VM related wiki at https://sourceforge.net/p/radiusdesk/wiki/install_virtualbox/ . But in short you have first to log as super admin (user name : system, password : admin) and to run svn update as super admin (sudo su) command

I hope you will update you RD copy with these advices.

Thank you Freddy for having replaied,
i fallowed this guide "http://radiusdesk.com/docuwiki/getting_started/install_ubuntu_update_17_0_1" for update VM but without success (even under root the svn server steel asking passowrd under "rd" directory).
I decided to install a fresh copy of radiusdesk in new VM (i fallowed the installation guide http://radiusdesk.com/docuwiki/getting_started/install_ubuntu_nginx ) , i noticed that there is two major errors :
1-when i create a new access provider and want to login with it i get error "failure undefined" (see attatched picture) but when i login with root and create a new realm for this new Access Provider i can login sucessfully.
2-login with this new access provider the "action" and "document" tabs are missing under profile menu !!!(see attached picture)
I will be greatfull if someone could help me to solve these problems ?

I understood your problem. I recommand you to use radiusdesk installer to perform your installation.
