User Registration initial Top Up and Voucher API Fields

Hi Comrades,

I have been using this product for the last 4 years first from YFI then to
RadiusDesk, Recently though i have faced some challenges and i am here
asking for help tackling them:-

1. The Page
   http://www.radiusdesk.com/user_guide/topup#api_for_third_party_systems says
   that "Remember to assign an initial top-up to a Permanent User with these
   profiles else there will be NO restriction to their data or time usage",
   how can this be done or how to do it during registration.

2. I am also looking at Voucher adding is there a place that has a resource
   similar to add_top_up.php which will guide me on the fields i need to
   include on the voucher.

Your help will be much appreciated.

you have managed to solve I am also interested in this coupon for permanent users
