Cannot starting freeradius service!!!

Hi guys.
Hope you all are ok. I'm facing a problem on how to start radius service. I was wondering if one can help me on my issue. Thanks in advance.

What Ubuntu version and which instruction did you use? I ever tried to Install it on Ubuntu 18 but it's unsuccessful. My installation went smoothly but the RADIUSdesk site stucked at Loading.... stage. I checked the logs then found out that there was a lot of missing files, and folders under the folder rd/ext/

I tryed to install on Ubuntu 20.04 then everything work fine.
