The document you mention above is public, however - it is also outdated and 
not so applicable to the EPC network (or standards) as they stand now.  That 
being said, are we using that document?  We are using that document as 
"inspiration" for our middleware software, but there is no standard 
"middleware" in the EPC framework anymore.  There does need to be some sort 
of ALE based middleware that applications can sbuscribe to and to give the 
RadioActive EPC-IS EPC data....and that is one application we are developing.
