#88 Modifying the tmpl files

since the development of RackMonkey has stooped, I wanted to do some changes to it myself, I am a fairly new Perl programmer.

I made some changes to the template files ( at /var/lib/rackmonkey/tmpl) but I dont see the changes being reflected on the web interface when I open it., So i wanted to know How can i clear the cache of the files rackmonkey is using to make sure it uses the new template files... any help would be appreciated.
