#73 Unable to mark a device as in-service

When I add a device, it marks as out of service even if the in-service box is checked. Same with editing. I am using version 1.2.5-1 on a Centos 5.5 box with mysql 5.0.77-4 as the back end. Perl is version 5.8.8. The only way I can show a box as in-service is to manually set in_service=1 from the mysql command prompt.
