Rachota 2.3 released

I am pleased to inform you that Rachota 2.3 was released today!

Version 2.3 introduces brand new report/invoice generation wizard, finally allows to manually edit measured time, features reminder service + hibernation support and contains several other handy enhancements demanded by the big community of Rachota timetracker users.
