#3 App won't run on MacOS X (10.3.7)

Clicking on the jar file results in an immediate crash report as
follows:

"crashdump: Unable to determine CPSProcessSerNum pid: 662
name: java"

Any suggestions?

MacOS X 10.3.7 with Java v.1.4.2 and v.1.3.1.
