Localisation

I'm gradually creating large ugly json structures in globals.dart for messages in different languages. I have some French at the moment as proof of concept, I'll do German next as they are enthusiastic downloaders.

Also, in a while there'll probably be a playstore or other compiled version of the app. That won't be free, so it can pay for some of the free work here.
