RPC is remote procedure call. SOAP is Simple Object Access Protocol. SOAP was created because RPC had many limitations to what it could provide. Unfortunatly with functionality came alot of complexity. I am not ready to develop a SOAP processor right now and I don't think the rabbit could handle such a task with much room left to spare.

Hi,
Please excuse my possibly stupid question but Im new to XML/RPC/SOAP.
Ive been looking for a way to make a Rabbit Web Service. All the Web Services info talks about Web Services are SOAP-Based.
I guess your XML-RPC is someway related to SOAP. Isnt it ?
Whats the difference between XMLRPC and SOAP ?
Some light on this will be highly appreciated !!!
Regards,
Alberto
