[Rabbit-proxy-users] Unable to download RabbIT 3.6 bin/src off main website

Is anyone else able to download:

http://www.khelekore.org/rabbit/RabbIT3-bin.tar.gz or
http://www.khelekore.org/rabbit/RabbIT3-src.tar.gz

Whenever I try, my download stops after the first 4 KB (with both 
Mozilla Firefox and wget). I've tried it from two different machines on 
two different ISPs in two different parts of the USA.

Is something wrong with the server hosting these files?

1) the machine is old, if you use a new linux and have 
tcp_window_scaling on it can work bad. They changed how
tcp_window_scaling works with linux kernel 2.6.17
2) the machine is old and complain about its harddrive.
I plan to change it real soon now.
3) I will try to update the sf.net site, but that will
be later today.

Thanks, that was it! To save people from having to look this up:

echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_window_scaling

disables Linux's window scaling.
