What version of rabbit are you running?
on what OS?
with what jvm? (java -version)
Do you have anything in the error_log?
Does it always happen on a specific site?

I know that 3.0-3.4 could get this, I have not seen it with
3.5 or 3.6.

As it is now I have way too little information to say anything.
