[Rabbit-proxy-users] no compression

I found a site where no picture get compressed with RabbIT proxy version 2.0.41.

Instead this shows up in the error log:

Is there anything i could change in the rabbit.conf to force compression?
Can someone please test if compression is working / not working on this site?
