It depends on how you have configured the proxy. If you allow the whole internet to use 
rabbit then, yes you have an open proxy. If you restrict access by ip and/or proxy 
authentication you will not have a problem. 

By default rabbit accepts traffic from the whole internet since I do not know who will 
download and use it.
