[Rabbit-proxy-users] Windows and Norton Update Failures

I have been receiving feedback from users that they cannot receive Windows and Norton anti-virus updates when using the Web Accelerator.  Has anyone else had this problem and/or is there a fix?  It may be as simple as a config change but I am not sure.  Any feedback is much appreciated.  Thanks.
