[Rabbit-proxy-users] Multiple configs under same JVM

I noticed in the changelog history there is a brief note about how it is 
now possible to launch multiple instances with different configs under one 
virtual machine.  Anybody have any info on doing this?  I am a little too 
busy (read: lazy) to figure it out myself.  Any info would be 
appreciated.  Thanks.
