Ok, it seems that proxy chaning and ssl did not work
well in rabbit, I have created a simple fix.

Please help test it.
It works fine for me with two rabbit proxies in a chain.

If it fails for you can you give me the network traffic
that rabbit sends and recieves? (using ethereal or something
similar).
