I forgot to put it in httpoutfilters, below is more info (long).
This time, I had trouble in Netscape, too!  I'm about to blame
Apache, but I've never had anything like this happen without
the proxy, and even when going through the proxy, adding noproxy
in front of the hostname always works.  Here's the HTTPSnoop
