Interesting. That site works ok for me, I get a cache file that is
2697 bytes.

What version of RabbIT?
What version/vendor of browser?

Can you enable HTTPSnoop and capture some requests and responses?

What does the CacheStatus-admin page say about that page?

should do, can you give an example of a gif that does not get
converted. Note, images that are to small (< 2000 bytes) wont get
converted.
