#3 ra-restore removable media interface is pathetic

When operating in removable media mode, ra-restore's
prompts for new discs, etc. are awful. It is difficult
to tell whether you've given it the Next Disc keypress,
etc. It is also completely silent while copying files,
so it's uncertain whether the program is doing
anything. It should at least say "Copying files..."
when it's started reading the next disc. At least a -v
option should be added to enable this behavior.
