Changes to page presentation - moved and highlighted header. For Leeds Beckett template moved exam info above void question. Lightened cross in pink boxes for greater visibility.

Added support for lookup tables which are external to the qti model of the questions etc. Specifically, a 'persons' lookup table allows conversion of person id to person name.

Updated person import so it is possible to import after printing but these persons are all marked anonymous.

Correction to build of fop config file - was mangling back slashes in directory path.

More rejigging of font configuration - now preferences has the whole fop font config file in it with each font file listed separately including triplets.

Font config was loading wrong on windows due to assumption about leading slash in absolute paths. Fixed.
