Easier said than done. The list administrators (my) access is limited,
AFAICS. I could set some regular expression filters for the headers
manually. Of course, this wouldn't stop any real spam nowadays. It's
maybe a better idea, to use the forum exclusively or even one of the new

lists some possibilities (phpBB?)
