Add for QwtPlot3D 0.2.7

Hi,
I have downloaded the 0.2.7 Release and added it to my project.
I have added some functions ( the majority are getters and setters).
As you have said me, i leave to do the merge if all is good for you.
I haven't modified your code, but just make adds.
