[qwtplot3d-interest] New features

The CVS contains some new stuff, maybe from interest for some users.
Look for 'Enrichment' in the online documentation (the mentioned
update of the API documentation isn't yet online). There is a new
example in examples/enrichments directory demonstrating the
techniques.

Pay also attention to:

because it affects some examples.


A new release for QwtPlot3D is planned around March 10th.
