#9 list and ready to eliminate prematch

All players must type "ready" in console in order for the game to start. Typing "list" displays people who have not yet typed ready.

Typing "notready" will not ready you. typing "break" during a match countdown will stop the countdown and not ready you. The person who typed break will need to type ready again to start the countdown (along with anyone else who may have typed notready during this time).
