#8 Ability to vote map by typing map name in console

Exists in KTPRO/KTX

Obviously a democratic voting system. When majority of players in server vote for a map (by typing map name in console), server changes to that map.

Map voting should be exactly (verbatim/color) to KTPRO/KTX for consistency.
