#6 Match start menu

This feature already exists in KTPRO/KTX. Ours will hopefully be exactly the same, but with different, more relevant information.

When a game is about to start, the following information should be displayed in the pop-up menu:

date
time
mode (5on5/6on6 etc)
map
timelimit
fraglimit
class limit restrictions*

*do not display all classes. Only display those which are limited. e.g. "Soldiers: 2".
