Basic Usage

Start QwtControl.

Select File->open and go into data directory.
Open the file test (test.var belongs to test but cannot be opened).
Some expressions and variables on the left side have been importet from test.
Do a rightmouse-click on the first expression and select in the Popup-Menu
"draw Step Response from Numerical Laplace". First you have to select the Range and the Resolution for the Step Response in Time-Domain. Then give the independent Variable for this
Expression. For Laplace this is usually "s". Click Ok when you are ready. A Dialog with the Step-Response opens. Do another rightmouse-click onto the Variable "a" on the right side and select "add Slider" on the popup-menu. A Dialog with range etc. for the Slider opens. Without modifications select Ok. A Dialog with the Slider opens. Move the Slider and watch the Response vary. This is experimental numerical laplace-inversion of the Equation, so it may be instable on several Values of the slider. The computation of the Response is very time-consuming but give it a try.

Input your own Control-System. Input also the roots of the caracteristic equation but plot them Complex. Here you have got to give the independent Variable too. A process gain or so.
