Seems your main interest is in printing. Here the composite architecture of=
=20
QwtPlot is of no importance and you could simply overload=20
QwtPlot::printScale. You shouldn=B4t need much code, but you will need our=
=20
assistance.

Breaking the composite nature of QwtPlot is on our list, but don=B4t expect=
 a=20
solution soon.
