At least manpages, unless invoking doxygen by hand. They used to be shipped, the .pro looks kind of broken, unsure how to proceed.
documentation is created by calling this script: https://sourceforge.net/p/qwt/git/ci/develop/tree/admin/sf2package.sh. I didn't try to create man pages for years, but there is still code in the script ( enable GENERATE_MAN manually ) that might work.
