Why

There are a number of good layouts out there. But as you can see in my [Comparison] chart, none of them have all of the advantages of this one. I could have tried to do a minor tweak of an existing layout. But there are already too many subvariants, and it's confusing: "I use Dvorak. No, not that Dvorak..." I think it's better to create a new layout from "scratch", do my best to put in something for everyone, and hope it catches on. I hope you like it.
