qwik-smtpd 0.2 released

Version 0.2 of the QwikMail SMTP server has been released! This new version includes a dynamic configuration system through simple text-based files, selective email domains to accept mail for, and primitive anti-spamming features. Over the next few months, qwik-smtpd will expand its feature set, and become a speedy MTA. Testers, users, and developers are all welcome to try it out! :-)
