#83 Modified wiki

Over time, I have modified Qwikiwiki to suit my needs and have
added extra features to it (version 1.5.1) - XHTML compatibility,
backup maintenance, page deletion, page restoration, etc. I am sure
that similar and better features will be included in future Qwikiwiki
releases. But if someone wants to try this modified version, here it is
