I finally found the time to compile and linked the thing
(thanks to the related post)
it runs fine. but the result in the opengl windows is not the correct one.
the added shadows ends on each sphere instead of on the whole molecule.
(the win32 binary version gives the right result)
Unless someone has it right with the compiled source.
I believe thoose are not up to the job
to those who compiled the source,
can you post here if the result is correct you ?
uhu? that's puzzling.
I am pretty sure the source is the same we used to compile the win version.

sounds like "direct lighting only" is used, as if the "Realistic" button
was not pressed (it sets the global illumination).
Can you send a snapshot?
