Uhuhuh, We have done some parallel work - I also just finished quite an extensive BUILDING.md file and already added with git for committing but luckily did not push yet... Good to have less conflicts in this world! ;) Joachim, I attach here my instructions, could you somehow put it together into one file as you find it best and push it again? I tried to put together all the sources I had for building - your OSX wiki notes, Csound wiki for ubuntu and fedora, Andrés's notes. But please have a look - your editors experience is here definitely necessary! hi all - i have collected some of the points we talked about on skype here: https://github.com/CsoundQt/CsoundQt/wiki/Todo-2016.02.18 additions welcome! in general, i suggest that we use this devel list as much as we can, also for problems in building etc. it is mostly better to have it publicly available for later. cheers - joachim |

hi johannes and alex - tarmo and me managed today to build a csoundqt on mac with pythonqt support! we have put the main instructions to https://github.com/CsoundQt/CsoundQt/wiki/Build-CsoundQt-from-sources-for-OSX. can you try if it works for you, too? we have also changed slightly the project file for osx; please pull before you build. i will try to improve the build instructions for osx the next days. please add to the wiki site whatever you find necessary. thanks. after our skype meeting, we had a nice chat with eugene. he is in the team, too, and perhaps gleb can do some testing (or even building) for windows. cheers - joachim |

hi - i wonder if there is any progress with this bug: http://sourceforge.net/p/qutecsound/bugs/132/ because of this bug, all examples in csoundqt which use multiple paths (like Synths > Imitative Additive or Useful > Mixdown Player) are not working any more. Well, I see there is the menu option to display it, which obviously doesn't work without the pdf. If the sources for the pdf's can be distributed with the src tarball it would be great. If so, is there a source for the quick reference (is the pdf file free documentation)?
