Updated and refactored the module so that the function and constants now mirror the more popular PHP scripts.

A quick reference app is now available for download. Linux build coming soon.

The apache C module of QuTags is now available for download. I originally there was only the C module, then I ported the code to PHP script. The C module, some code, executes 87 times faster than equal PHP script!! And of course with the module installed you don't need to use includes and require functions.

The online codebase demos are now available for download.

QuTags is avaiable for download. AJAX for PHP live demos hosted on project website (http://www.qutags.com). The cross-platform UI documentation should be avail. soon, in addition to the standard HTML/PDF format.
The apache C module will available for download early to mid-summer. Its 87 times faster than the PHP script (gotta love C).
