I've just found project suitable for this -
https://sourceforge.net/projects/jox/
I didn't test this, but it uses xml as java object
serialization format

Hmm good though the one feature that would be good is a
code generator to create java objects and maybe a code
reader to read java code and create a diagram, thats whats
needed as the minimum for this type of application. :-)

Any plans for this?
