Hot-keys do not work consistently

When running with JRE 1.4, the hot-keys will stop working after an option dialog box (or
any other dialog box) is displayed. Even after the dialog is closed, the hot-keys do not
work.
The workaround for this is to select the "Game Screen" window. This will give this window the
focus and the hot-keys will work again.
This was not a problem with JRE 1.3.1.

I made a few attempts to workaround this problem prior to the jQuizShow v1.0 release. I tried to manually set
focus, used key mappings, and tried managing windows differently, but none of these were satisfactory. I will
continue to work on this in jQuizShow v1.1. Also, I am hoping a future update of Java 1.4.x may fix it since the
key focus changes is a known issue.
Meanwhile, the workaround of selecting the "Game Screen" window is the best workaround for now.

There are two instances when simply selecting the Game
Screen does not workaround the focus problem. This occurs
after the "Skip Question" or "Walk Away" dialogs are closed.
This is because (typically) the Game Screen already had
focus, so selecting the Game Screen window again has no effect.
If you select a different window (e.g. the Score Screen) and
then the Game Screen, this will force a focus change, and
thus will cause things to work again.
I hope to have a fix for this focus problem in the next release.
