#3 Input windows size specification (height-width)

I would like to be able to specify _custom sizes_ for
every single input windows in my questionnaires.

By now, every questions expected to be answered by
inputting some text is characterized by windows of the
same size (height-width).

Sometimes, the text that the respondent is expected to
enter is short and does not need a big inputting window
(e.g. the question "enter your name:" need just a single-
line inputting window)
