#1 Splitting a questionnaire into multiple pages

It would be nice to _SPLIT_ an entire questionnaire into
multiple pages, that shows up subsequently to the
answerer, by pressing a button like "go to the next page
of the questionnaire".

I.e. I have a questionnaire of 100 questions, and I don't
want ALL the 100 questions to be shown at ONCE in a
single page. I would like to split the questions into set of
let's say 20 questions, subsequently accessible by
pressing a button like "go to next page of the
questionnaire".

In addition I would like to be able to decide _where_ to
put the "interruptions": i.e. I want the 3 questions
concerning personal data of the answerer to be
displayed in the first questionnaire page. The
subsequent 5 questions (from question number 4 to 9)
be displayed in the second page .. [..]
