#22 how to direct add users

Hi !!!, I'm CEO of COBREnet.com
I need how to add new user with out the encription or how to add user in .htusers.php write encription direct.

I have a php module for add user in my server, but when write in my base have write in .htusers.php the same data (user & pass)
